I facilitate life coaching, wellbeing coaching and mindfulness sessions and also give Reiki/ Sound-healing reiki from the Wellbeing Studio within Barnabas House. It’s very special space which radiates positive energies. I can also work from the comfort of the client’s own home should that be required.

For Mindfulness training sessions I work with individuals and groups in a variety of settings. While I am confident that Mindfulness can bring about many benefits to the individual, I also stress that it is a skill and not a therapy. To this end, and to ensure the safety of, and positive outcomes for, the client, I may, when appropriate, signpost to another therapist.

Combining practices learned over the last 30 years, I create bespoke holistic retreats and workshops tailored to offer participants tools for immediate and effective use in their lives. I am passionate about teaching the body/mind connection using Mindfulness, NLP and other holistic practices, enhancing understanding through current scientific and neurological findings.
